Introduced to the market in 2015, Deanston 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is presented at 46.3% ABV and undergoes maturation in ex-bourbon hogsheads, followed by a finishing period in first-fill ex-bourbon casks.
Nose: Aromas of honey-flavored Tiny Teddy biscuits, freshly cut ripe honeydew melon, and a subtle hint of earthy, damp flint stone.
Palate: Warm citrus notes, ginger, and honey tea envelop the tongue, offering a pleasingly oily texture with a lingering malt presence on the finish.
